What are the dates?

12th – 16th November 2017

What are the show times?

10:00am - 5:30pm each day.

Registration opens at 8am for exhibitors, 9am for visitors and media on all days

Who organises the Dubai Airshow?

The Dubai Airshow is organised by F&E Aerospace

Is it open to the public?

No. The Dubai Airshow is open to business professionals and industry only, business card proof is required. No under 16’s are allowed entry

How far away is DWC?

DWC is conveniently located to be easily accessible from all parts of Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Approximate driving times from key locations are as follows:

Dubai Marina: 20 mins | Downtown: 35 mins | Dubai International Airport: 45 mins | Abu Dhabi International Airport: 50 mins

Can I get a special hotel rate?

Which specific hotels do shuttle buses serve?

The hotels served by shuttle buses will be decided closer to the show, depending on which hotels have the most Airshow guests staying in them. Please contact our Official Accommodation and Travel Partner – Tripaxis – for more information on popular hotels.

How do I get a visa for the UAE?

Please ask your hotel, travel agent, or Emirates Airline (if you are travelling with them) to arrange your visa. More information available here. We are unable to offer any assistance with this process

How do I get press/media accreditation?

Media registration will be live here soon. Please note that you will be required to upload the following documents:

  • Passport
  • Passport-style photo
  • 3 x samples of your work

Who should visit?

The Dubai Airshow is the world’s premier event for conducting business within the aerospace industry. Companies and individuals looking to build or grow their presence in the Middle East will find no better event for this growth than the Dubai Airshow.

Please note that the Dubai Airshow is purely a business event, open only to people who are attending with the intent to conduct business at the event. The show is not open to the general public. Visitors will be required to provide their business card upon entry.

How much does it cost to visit the show?

The early-bird trade visitor rate (valid for all 5 days of the show) is US$65 until 30 September.

The rate after this date (for both pre-registration and onsite registration) is US$76.

Single day entry is not available.

Are there any discounts available for airline staff or specific groups?

No discounts are available for specific groups unless otherwise mentioned.

Is Skyview available this year?

Unfortunately Skyview will not be running this year. There will be no public event as part of this year’s Dubai Airshow.

How can I register as a visitor?

Visitor registration will be available here soon.

What documents do I need to complete registration?

  • Passport copy
  • Passport-style photo

Can I register my colleagues?

Yes, group booking functionality is available for visitors from the same company. All group members require a passport copy and passport-style photo.

How can I apply for VIP badges?

Priority Entrance badges are available through online exhibitor accounts for $240. There are no "VIP Badges" at the Airshow 2017

Can I register onsite?

Yes, but to avoid unnecessary delays we strongly advise people to pre-register. Online registration will be available here soon and will remain open until the end of the show.

Is there parking available?

Yes, limited visitor parking will be available for a small daily fee, payable in cash only. Alternatively, we offer a free shuttle bus service from Ibn Buttuta Mall and also provide a free hotel shuttle bus service. Details of the hotels served and the timetable will be available on the website closer to the show.

What time does the flying display start?

The details of the flying display will be published in the flying display programme each morning of the show. The display will generally start at 2pm.

What aircraft will be on display?

The list of aircraft on display at the Dubai Airshow 2017 will be available a few weeks prior to the event.

Can we visit the aircraft on the static display?

Yes, the static display is open to all registered attendees but please note that it is the decision of each individual exhibitor whether or not to open their aircraft up for viewing.

Where can I find a list of the companies exhibiting?

The 2017 Exhibitor List will be available later this year.

What other events/conferences are associated with the Airshow?

The Dubai Airshow returns in 2017 with a number of new features to complement the existing show; including the UAV Summit, Space Pavilion, Cargo Zone and Airport Solutions in addition to the fourth edition of GATE - the Gulf Aviation Training Event. Who should exhibit?

The Dubai Airshow is the world’s premier event for conducting business within the aerospace industry. Companies and individuals looking to build or grow their presence in the Middle East will find no better event for this growth than the Dubai Airshow.

The Dubai Airshow hosts exhibitors from across the entire spectrum of the industry – from the smallest manufacturers and service providers all the way up to the world’s biggest commercial, defence, and general aviation companies. How can I book an Exhibition Stand?

Which Exhibition Stands are still available?

Any stand shown in white without a company name on the floorplan is available. The current floorplans can be viewed here.

Is there a deadline for booking a stand?

No, but stands are allocated on a first come, first served basis and there is limited space available.

Are there any other opportunities for involvement other than taking a stand?

How can I apply for an exhibitor badge?

If your company is exhibiting at the Dubai Airshow your Exhibit Manager has access to your Exhibit Ordering System (EOS) account where a limited number of complimentary exhibitor badges can be allocated. Any additional exhibitor badges can also be purchased through EOS.

How much is an additional exhibitor badge?

$75 per badge.

Is there WIFI at the venue?

There is no free Wi-Fi in the hall or on the chalet line, however this can be purchased online through the Exhibitor Ordering System (EOS).

Onsite Information

Is there disabled access?

The exhibition hall, meeting rooms and public areas will have disabled access. There are also disabled toilets on site which are clearly signposted. An allocation of parking bays will be reserved for disabled drivers, please note that parking passes are still required for access to these bays. Visitor wheelchairs are available for the Emergency Medical Services Centre and are subject to availability.

Can I bring a camera to the show?

Yes.

Are there catering outlets at the show?

Yes, there will be a variety of catering outlets at the exhibition offering a wide range of refreshments.

Can I bring my own food/drink into the event?

No, but there are a range of catering options available at the event.

Are there covered areas from the heat?

Yes, the exhibition hall is air conditioned and indoor catering areas will also be available

Is there a Lost and Found?

The lost and found is located at the organisers office located on level 1.

Is there a cloakroom/place to leave my items?

No, your items are your responsibility, we do not have a facility to store these.

Is there free Wifi at the venue?

Unfortunately there is no public wifi available at the Dubai Airshow
