IF PAYMENT SCHEDULE IS NOT ADHERED TO, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO RECONSIDER YOUR APPLICATION.

ALL PAYMENTS SHOULD BE MADE IN U.S. DOLLARS. WHEN PAYMENTS ARE MADE BY BANK TRANSFER, PLEASE INCLUDE $30 PROCESSING FEE. WHEN MAKINGCREDIT CARD PAYMENTS A 2.5% FEE WILL BE CHARGED ON TOP OF THE CONTRACT/ INVOICE AMOUNT.

PLEASE SEE INVOICE FOR PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS. ALL BANK CHARGES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE EXHIBITOR.

 

THIS CONTRACT IS BINDING ON THE EXHIBITING COMPANY UPON RECEIPT OF THIS FORM, DULY SIGNED BY AN AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVE. AN INVOICE FOR THE FULL VALUE OF THE CONTRACT WILL BE ISSUED UPON THE ORGANISERS ACCEPTANCE OF THIS RESERVATION.
