For high impact branding, sponsor the arch at the East Entrance to the show site car parks. All attendees entering the site from this direction will have to drive through your message!

The static display map shows the location and name of each aircraft on the static park. These floor mats will be placed in prominent locations in the visitor walkways on
the static park. Get your message in front of visitors as they find their way around the static park. Price includes production.

A very high impact site right on the static park. Get your message out to all attendees as they visit the aircraft on the static park and as they watch the flying display by branding all 800m of fencing along the front of the static park. Each fence will be  5 meters long with an approximate 3 meter gap in between. Production cost additional –$15,000

Book this sponsorship and provide visitors and exhibitors with WIFI for the first time at the Dubai Airshow. This is a flexible package as you can choose your hotspot locations anywhere along the chalet line, including outside the Royal Pavilion, and we will brand the area so attendees know who to thank! $2,000  - Per Hotspot

Flight line seating will be placed along the static line for visitors and exhibitors to sit and watch the flying display. The sponsor's logo and message will be placed on both the front and back. Price is based on 10 benches.

This is an opportunity to brand the side wall of the chalet. This is being offered to each client whose chalet is at the end of a row. This option is offered to the chalet holder for first refusal, after which it will be offered out to other exhibitors. Production Cost Additional – $2,700

Shuttle buses will be provided for visitors and exhibitors from a range of hotels to the exhibition centre and back. The sponsors logo and message can be placed on the side of each shuttle bus. Production not included.

Immediately located at the entrance to the exhibition halls showing the hall plans and location of all exhibitors' stands - an ideal way to get your message in front of attendees as soon as they enter the halls! Three mats will be located in three prominent locations.

The ultimate in sponsorship, place your company logo on prominent main aisles throughout the exhibition. Printed directly on the surface of the carpet this opportunity will ensure your company gets noticed!

Central Hall has two prominent pillars next to the exit to the static park. These sites are ideal for advertising at the main entrance into Central Hall. We recommend that sponsors brand 2 sides of each pillar for the maximum impact. Production cost additional – $3,600 for 2 sides.

Your branding will appear on every Delegation Desk at the show site and your logo will appear on every delegation staff member and liaison officer.

All visitors, exhibitors, delegations and VIPs will be given a copy of the floorplan with handy exhibitor guide as they arrive at the show - using it as a guide to find their way around the show site. Place your company message and advertisement on this useful show guide.

The daily flying programme will be distributed to all stands, chalets, the Royal Pavilion and visitors. A new edition is published each morning with the up to date timings for that day’s flying display.

Maximise your exposure in the lead up to the Dubai Airshow and at the event itself with a banner advert. Advert sites are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
