In spite of declining markets and economies in recent years the Middle East is still investing, buying and improving. Aviation’s importance to Dubai is expected to grow further over the next decade. The economic contribution of the aviation sector is set to rise to US$44.5 billion or 32% of Dubai’s GDP and 372,900 jobs representing approximately 22 % of its employment by 2020.

2011 saw the largest number of people attending the event in its 22 year history – they also came from more overseas countries than ever before. The Airshow is only open to TRADE visitors so we can ensure the exhibitors meet high QUALITY attendees over the 5 days of the show.
