Media Registration

Online pre-registration for the Dubai Airshow media badges has now closed. Media who have not yet registered will be able to do so on site at the dedicated media desks at the Dubai Airshow.

Please ensure that you bring the relevant identification documents and arrive early to allow time for your application to be processed.

ACCREDITATION

  • Press badges are strictly limited to members of the media e.g. Publishers, Editors, Journalists, Photographers & Broadcasters.
  • Applicants may be required to supply accreditation details before an application is confirmed.
  • Non-editorial staff (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Advertising, PR agency staff) do not qualify for press badges and should  register as a trade visitor to attend Dubai Airshow 2017.

 

CONFERENCE ENTRY

Media with Media Passes will be permitted complimentary access to the conferences being held at the Dubai Airshow.

ADMISSION INFORMATION

Attendees at the Dubai Airshow should note that this is a secure event - all applications may be subject to security clearance and there will be additional security checks on-site.

  • Please remember to bring your passport and business card.
  • The Dubai Airshow is strictly a trade event; business attire, national dress and military uniforms only.
  • No admittance to anyone under the age of 16.
  • The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission.

PERMISSIONS

Any person who attends the Dubai Airshow grants permission to the organisers, its employees and agents to record his or her visual/audio images, including, but not limited to, photographs, digital images, voices, sound or video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying written descriptions, and, without notifying such person, to use his or her name and such images for any purpose of the organisers including advertisements for the Dubai Airshow and other aviation events.
