- Where is the show?
- Airport Expo, Dubai, UAE - Airport Expo is situated on Airport Road; approx. 1km beyond Terminal 3 at Dubai International Airport. Follow the brown signs to Airport Expo.
- Can I park at the show?
- Parking is extremely limited and restricted to pass holders only. Please see Getting Here for information on park and ride, shuttle bus and taxi facilities.
- What time does the daily flying display start?
- From approximately 14.15 each day, subject to change
- What aircraft will be at the show?
- The Aircraft list will be published on the show website nearer to the show
- Where can I find a list of who is exhibiting?
- The online Exhibitor list is updated regularly
- How can I book flights and/or hotel rooms?

- How can I buy tickets to the Gala Dinner?

- What other conferences or functions are associated with the show?
- Please visit the Official Events section of the show website
- How do I get a visa?
- Please contact your travel agent, hotel or Emirates (if you are flying with the airline) for assistance; unfortunately the show organisers are unable to help with visa applications in any way.
- Can I bring a camera to the show?
- Yes. Photography is allowed at the show.
- Can I visit the aircraft?
- Yes, the static display is open to all registered attendees
- Are there catering outlets at Airport Expo?
- Yes, there will be a number of catering outlets at the show, offering a wide variety of refreshments and lunches
Exhibitors
- How can I apply for an Exhibitor badge?
- If you are an exhibiting company then your Exhibit Manager has access to ENet, the online exhibitor manual to apply for a limited number of complimentary Exhibitor badges. Should you require additional badges over your allocation your Exhibit Manager can purchase these through ENet also
- How much is an additional Exhibitor badge?
- $50 per badge
Visitors
- Is the show open to the public?
- No, trade visitors only - business card proof will be required. Visitors must be 16 years or older.
- Can we bring children/babies?
- See above, no under 16's allowed
- How much does a Visitor pass cost?
- $40 if you register and pay online before or on 29 September - $50 if you register after 29 September or on site. All Visitor passes are valid for all 5 days of the show.
- How can I register for a Visitor pass?
- Visit the Visitor registration section of the show website, fill in the online form and pay online. Please bring your confirmation email along with your passport and business card to the show. Please note all applications are subject to security checks.
Press
- How do I get Press accreditation?
- Press registration will be live shortly, you will be asked to supply press credentials as part of the registration process
- How can I find out what Press conferences are taking place?
- The press conference schedule will be published on the show website nearer to the show.
