The Venue
In 2013 the Dubai Airshow will take place at its new home at Dubai World Central (DWC), located in Jebel Ali, Dubai. The new Dubai Airshow site is easily accessible from both Sheikh Zayed and Mohammed Bin Zayed Roads - approximate distances from key areas are listed below:
The new venue at DWC will feature a purpose-built site for the Airshow, improved parking and catering facilities as well as a larger static park. In addition to the improved facilities the new location will allow the event to grow; the total site will be 645,000sqm, more than double the old site at Airport Expo.

Getting there
Shuttle Bus
Shuttle Buses will run to and from a number of main hotels in Dubai as well as Ibn Battuta Metro station. It is worth noting that even if your hotel is not listed on the route map you can get off at a hotel stop near you and pick up a taxi from there. The Shuttle Bus route maps and timetables will be published nearer to the show.
Taxi
Taxis are very affordable in Dubai and are available from your hotel or can be hailed on the road. Please note that demand for taxis in Dubai can be high and at peak times such as the end of the show there can be a long wait for taxis. We do our best to get as many taxis on site as possible but taxi supply is unfortunately beyond our control.
Metro
Dubai's Metro system covers many key locations - the nearest stop to the show site is Ibn Battuta Metro Station and will be connected to the show by shuttle bus.
Private car
As part of the new Airshow site the amount of on-site parking will be significantly increased – details of how to obtain car park passes will be available nearer to the show.
