SPEAKER SESSION
15 November 2021 | 11:25 - 12:00 | Panel: Reforming training regulations for the new world
ATC training has been impacted massively due to the pandemic, ATCOs are struggling to receive the required number of flying hours to qualify due to air traffic fluctuations. It is imperative that safety comes first and ATCOs can deal with high volumes of air traffic as demand increases. To do this, regulations need to be adapted to allow digital training enablers such as remote services and simulators to support training.
