Vice President of Intelligence Operations
Doug Blough is currently the Vice President – Intelligence Operations of the Aviation Information Sharing Analysis Center. In this role, he is responsible for the operations coordination of 400+ analysts from 89 different aviation member companies. These member company analysts support the A-ISAC from aviation-specific OEMs, airlines, airports, satcom companies, privatized air traffic control organizations, travel reservation agencies and supply chain companies. In this role, Doug oversees tactical & strategic analysis, has executed 25 tactical workshops, managed 30+ Table Top Exercises and Panels supporting the defense and aviation communities. Additionally, he has held positions in a variety of aviation-specific disciplines including All-Source, General Aviation, SIGINT, Counterintelligence and HUMINT Analysis, Program Management, Policy Development, Technical Data Management and Lead Instruction.
Doug is experienced in Air Domain analysis and awareness when he served in the US Air Force’s Civil Air Center as a civilian. His duties included All-Source Analyst, Technical Data Lead, and supporting Air Domain Awareness (ADA) as the Air Force Center’s Policy Chief.
Doug has held positions on analytic and policy panels covering topics such as Strategic priorities, Targeting Operations, and Data Normalization. Doug has reconfigured traditional analysis concepts into inimitable and streamlined solutions in support of forward operations.
