Dr. Nairouz Bader is the CEO of Envision Partnership, the first executive search in the MENA region to be set and lead by an Arab female and the only Arab female that have been on the global board of AESC.
 
Dr. Nairouz Bader serves her clients in the recruiting of Board of Directors, Chairmen, Chief Executive Officers, Division and Subsidiary Presidents and Vice Presidents. This broad base of commercial and business experience has covered markets in North America, Europe, the Middle East and North Africa.
 
She is also the only expert in the MENA region certified by the Switzerland Global Enterprise as an Official Expert on International Human Resources, a founding member of Rotary International (Dubai).
 
Dr. Bader is a sought-after speaker on internationalism at leading educational institutions such as INSEAD, Hult, Duke University, London Business School and Fuqua School of Business. Recently, Dr. Bader was appointed as the head of CBC COP28, and she is also involved with CEBC (Clean Energy Business Council). Her dedication to sustainability and empowering women in the workforce is a testament to her commitment to making a positive impact in the world.
 
While earning post-graduate degrees in Marketing and Managerial Leadership from American University in London and City University, US she found her true passion in global executive search and international business consulting.
Her achievements were featured on an array of notable media gates and publications as Arabiya, CNBC, Forbes, People Management, Horasis, EXPO2020, Women in Tech Forum 2020, Annual Investment Meeting - an initiative of the Ministry of Economy, UAE and Global Aerospace Summit.
