The venue Wi-Fi is very limited. Please do not rely on being able to access the free Wi-Fi onsite.
Exhibitor badge registration will be available via the Exhibitor Portal, which will go live soon. Login details will be sent directly to your registered email address.
All exhibitors will have access to our official mobile app and smart lead capture tools, which will go live soon. Using the app, you can scan visitor badges, track interactions, and download leads in real time.
Our toolkits page will be live soon which will give you access to download customised email signatures, social media templates etc.
You can register here to attend as a visitor. You will need a passport size photo, copy of your passport, Emirates ID and UAE Visa if applicable and a passport size photo. There are no "VIP Badges" at Dubai Airshow.

Your visitor experience pass is valid for all five days of the show and grants you complimentary access to the full exhibition including the aircraft static & flying display, conference sessions, Inspiration Zone, Space Pavillion, Airshow After Dark - networking event, curated Guided Tours, Skyview Access, Skybites Catering Village and Wellness Zone.
There will be no onsite registration or visitor ticket sales. Please register online here and print your badge at home before you arrive to the venue.
We encourage you to register online before the event as there will be no onsite registration or ticket sales. After registering, please ensure to print your badge at home before arriving to the venue in colour onto an A4 paper. Badge holders and lanyards will be available at multiple locations onsite at the venue.

All students need to visit as part of a university or college group, we do not offer individual student registration.

There is a bag drop at the venue. Please pre-book your bag by logging back into your registration and adding it. It is $49 including VAT for one day.

The daily flying programme is published on our website and mobile app every morning of the show and not in advance. Relevant QR codes will also be available in certain areas on-site to view the programme.

Monday 17th – Friday 21st November 2025. The show is open between 10:00 - 17:30 each day. Registration opens at 08:00 for exhibitors and 10:00 for visitors on all days.
Network long after the show closes on Tuesday 18th at the Airshow After Dark event at the Dubai Airshow Site, until 9pm.
Yes, the dress code is business attire, uniform or national dress.
Yes - Individuals under 16 years of age will not be allowed entry. Under 16's can go to the 'SkyView' area and watch the flying displays in the grandstand, located close to the exhibition hall. They must be accompanied by an adult.
No, the Dubai Airshow is a business trade show and is open to industry professionals only. You may be asked to provide a business card as proof of eligibility. Individuals under 16 will not be allowed to attend the main exhibition halls of Dubai Airshow. Dress code: business attire or national dress.
The public can attend at a nominal fee the SkyView feature of Dubai Airshow located next to the Airshow Site and view the breathtaking flying displays, SkyView activations, food trucks and much more. Visit the SkyView website for more info
There will be a variety of catering outlets at the exhibition offering a wide range of refreshments. The official caterer of Dubai Airshow is Emirates Flight Catering (EKFC) who will be delivering world-class hospitality and catering at the Airshow.
Please note that you will not be allowed to bring your own food into the venue.
Yes, you can bring your camera to the show.
In the event of injury, illness, or emergency, please approach our info desk or any of ours ushers immediately. Our medical support team will be on hand to assist you, located at the static display.
The exhibition hall, meeting rooms and public areas will have disabled access. There are also disabled toilets on site which are clearly signposted. An allocation of parking bays will be reserved for disabled drivers. Please note that parking passes are still required for access to these bays.
Visitor wheelchairs are available from the Emergency Medical Services Centre located at the static display near Cafe Bateel and are subject to availability.
The Gala Dinner is organised by Dubai Airports and is by invitation only, tickets however, are available for purchase. You can enquire directly with the Dubai Airports team from September 2025. Contact details will be provided closer to the date.

There is limited free visitor parking available on-site. We encourage all visitors and exhibitors to use the shuttle bus services available from multiple locations in and around Dubai hotels and Metro stations. More info will be available a week before the show dates.
