There is limited free visitor parking available at the venue on a first come, first served basis and will open at 09:00 AM. During show open days, RTA buses will run from EXPO Metro Station on a continuous loop to and from the Dubai Airshow Site. Timings to be confirmed.
Complimentary hotel shuttle buses will be announced soon. Shuttle buses will also run from the free parking area at Al Maktoum Airport to Dubai Airshow, on a loop from 08:00hrs.
No, the Dubai Airshow is a business trade show and is open to industry professionals only. You may be asked to provide a business card as proof of eligibility.
Individuals under 18 will not be allowed to attend the main exhibition halls of Dubai Airshow.
Dress code: business attire or national dress.

Yes, the full aircraft list will be available closer to the event. The static display is open to all registered attendees. The daily flying programme is published each morning on our website and app, with QR codes on-site for quick access.
The display generally starts at 13:30 hrs and is located near the exhibition hall.
The official Dubai Airshow mobile app will go live on 6-October 2025 and is available to all registered attendees of the show. A welcome email will be sent to your registered email address closer to the live dates of the App.
You may download the app both from Google Play and Apple Store.
You can also access the web platform of the App on any internet browsers (Chrome, Firefox, MS Edge etc.) after the go-live dates.

Yes, you can bring your camera to the show.
Yes. The exhibition hall, meeting rooms, and public areas all have disabled access, with clearly signposted disabled toilets. Parking bays will be reserved for disabled drivers (parking passes are still required). Visitor wheelchairs are available from the Emergency Medical Services Centre located outside the hall near the control tower, subject to availability.
For any injury, illness, or emergency, please approach the info desk or any usher. Our medical support team, will operational from 1 hour prior to the start of the event until 1 hour after the event closure. Medical assistance will also be available from mobile practitioners around the site.
The venue Wi-Fi is very limited. Please do not rely on being able to access the free Wi-Fi onsite.
The lost and found office is located on the ground floor by the main entrance of the exhibition hall. Items may be returned to the rightful owner upon presentation of reasonable proof of ownership. The lost and found office operates only during the show open days.
The organizers assume no responsibility for the care and/or protection of any personal belongings left unattended on venue property or for the loss, under any circumstance including theft, vandalism, or malicious mischief of any such belonging.
Anybody losing property should report the details to the lost and found office as soon as they become aware of the loss. Losses may be reported to the lost and found office / venue security and must be followed up with an official report of loss, theft, or disappearance. A police report may be required.

There will be a variety of catering outlets at the exhibition offering a wide range of refreshments. The official caterer of Dubai Airshow is Emirates Flight Catering (EKFC) who will be delivering world-class hospitality and catering at the Airshow.
