Captain Ramandeep Oberoi is the Chief Executive Officer and Accountable Manager at Falcon Aviation Services. Born and raised in New Delhi, India, he embarked on a distinguished career, graduating from the National Defense Academy and subsequently serving in the Indian Air Force as both a Pilot and Flight Instructor.

Captain Oberoi further honed his skills as an Experimental Test Pilot at the French Test Pilot School (EPNER) and played a pivotal role in prototype test flying for the Dhruv helicopter project in collaboration with Eurocopter and HAL.

In his current role, Captain Oberoi assumes a multifaceted position, overseeing both local and international operations. With over 40 years of comprehensive experience in various aviation sectors, including VVIP, Commercial, Oil & Gas, and Military Aviation, he has been instrumental in developing and delivering technology-driven aviation services, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving profitable revenue growth.

As CEO, Captain Oberoi is responsible for designing and implementing business operations, establishing policies that uphold the Company's core values, mission, culture, and vision, and overseeing the work of the Directors. His duties also encompass strategic planning, risk management, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the organization.

Prior to leading Falcon Aviation, Captain Oberoi held leadership positions with renowned organizations such as the Indian Air Force, HAL, MillionAir, Gulf Helicopters, and Abu Dhabi Aviation. He also made significant contributions to various startup Charter Aviation Companies in both India and the UAE. Captain Ramandeep Oberoi's extensive background and expertise continue to shape the success and growth of Falcon Aviation
