She has served in numerous leadership roles across the United States, UK, and Singapore. As Chief Commercial Officer at Eve Air Mobility, Megha oversees global sales, market intelligence, contracts, and government relations divisions. Megha is a visionary leader who blends innovation with pragmatism to identify and execute revenue opportunities, implement dynamic marketing strategies, and positively impact top-line growth.
Megha was previously the Chief Strategy Officer at Jet Support Services Inc., where her tenure was marked by strategic initiatives that drove sales and enabled cross-selling and data integration across business units. Megha began her career at Rolls-Royce and quickly took off on a trajectory of success, serving in numerous leadership roles across sales, business development, strategy, customer experience, and marketing. She has also been a key partner to Rolls-Royce's global marine, airline, and business aviation customers.
During her tenure at Rolls-Royce, Megha amassed over a decade of experience and results, including overseeing the record growth of their aftermarket maintenance program, CorporateCare® Enhanced; developing new service offerings; and creating impactful strategies to improve customer experiences, brand awareness, and profitability. In this role, Megha was also instrumental in strategically developing additional services such as Corporate Care Flex® and Rolls-Royce's sustainability program, SAFinity.
Known for her versatility and tenacity, Megha significantly shaped how Rolls-Royce drives business, influences customers, and develops its internal talent. She distinguished herself by conducting global sales training programs and launching new product divisions in its marine business. Megha's influence extends beyond her corporate roles. She is an active member of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University's Business Leadership Board and the National Aircraft Finance Association. She has also previously served on the National Business Aviation Association Advisory Council. Megha holds a
