Ng Tee Chiou is the Deputy Director General of Civil Aviation at the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) and currently leads the Air Navigation Services, Unmanned Air Systems, and International Relations Groups at CAAS. Tee Chiou served as the representative of Singapore on the Council of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) from 2011 to 2020, actively contributing to the strategic objectives of ICAO in advancing international civil aviation. From 2006 to 2011, he managed the provision of air navigation services and was programme manager for the LORADS III Air Traffic Control System, as the Director of Air Traffic Services. Tee Chiou’s aviation career spans over three decades, and he has extensive experience with issues relating to airspace policy, safety management, and aeronautical information services and airport management. For his contributions, Tee Chiou was awarded the Public Administration Medal (Silver) in 2014 and the Long Service Medal in 2015.
