Patrick Marous has been Member of the Executive Leadership Team of thyssenkrupp Materials Services and Global CEO of Business Unit Solutions, the leading provider of supply chain management and 3PL/4PL services, since July 2024. Before this role, he spent nearly six years as the global CEO of thyssenkrupp Aerospace, partner for the world’s leading aerospace companies and their supply chains.

He has particular expertise of supply chain management, the strategic use of digital tools, and change management. Patrick is leading thyssenkrupp Supply Chain Solutions through a significant transformation, re-modelling it via a cloud-based technology, developing a data-driven business model, and introducing transparency in all internal and external processes.

In a career spanning more than 20 years, he has also gained a wealth of experience in M&A, private equity, materials distribution, strategy and business development, marketing, and procurement.

He is a speaker and author on digital transformation, supply chain management, and change and transformation management.

Patrick is a passionate believer in lifelong learning and is a proud alumnus of the Kellogg-HKUST Executive MBA program. He speaks fluent French, German, Russian, and English.
