Acting Chief Executive Officer

Sara Al Memari is the Acting Chief Executive Officer of Strata Manufacturing. In her current role, she leads the company’s strategic direction, oversees operations, and ensures the continued delivery of high-quality aerostructures to global partners, while championing innovation, sustainability, and talent development within the organization.

Prior to her appointment as Acting CEO, Sara served as the Head of the Program Management Office (PMO), where she was responsible for overseeing business projects and ensuring their completion on time and within budget. Under her leadership, the PMO played a pivotal role in driving the success of key initiatives, optimizing resource utilization, and aligning project execution with the company’s strategic objectives.

Sara joined Strata in 2015 in a finance role, where she supported executive management with financial insights and strategic budget planning. She also played a key role in shaping the company’s five-year forecasted budget.

Sara holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the United Arab Emirates University. She also earned a Professional Diploma in Excellence in Customer Service from the Ministry of Interior.
