Gentjan leads the Air Canada Cargo team in forward-looking strategies that harness digitalization via a range of customer interfacing tools, including AI. This focus allows the team to deliver on a commitment to 360-degree customer care that is driven by technology and operational efficiency. Most recently, he has led the Cargo team in the launch of Rivo, a successful e-commerce package logistics venture in the Canadian market.
Gent joined Air Canada in 2005 and brings 20 years of experience in Digital Transformation, IT Management and Operations Strategy in the Transportation and Cargo industry. He has an MBA in Finance and Corporate Strategy from Concordia University, where he also graduated with distinction with a Bachelor of Commerce with a concentration in Management Information Systems.
