Maatje Rencken is a dedicated, resourceful and highly motivated Delivery Director, who has successfully worked on a variety of programs during her extensive technology career of 26 years. A natural leader, who motivates and supports teams to maximize performance and has the interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships with colleagues, clients, stakeholders, business partners and vendors. Specializing in Digital Transformation and AI projects, she has a solid track record of delivering and implementing major digital transformation programs across multiple industries like Government, Banking and Media. For the last 10 years her focus has been on Aviation projects and programs. Although she studied Political Science at the University of Pretoria in South Africa, she started her career off as a mainframe developer and progressed through multiple Technology roles years during the years.
