Associated with MIAL for more than 10 years, Manoj is Responsible for Overall Cargo Management, P & L of Cargo department, Business Development and Cargo Master Plan.
Manoj has rich experience of more than 29 years in Aviation on pan India basis. He has expertise in Cargo & Ground Handling Management, Commercial & Business Development, Profit Center & Revenue Management, Project Management, New Technologies, Marketing Strategies, Networking, Customer Relations, Safety Standards, Ramp handling functions, Perspective planning, Airline functions, Airline contracts, and Logistic related issues.
Prior to joining MIAL, he was working with the Menzies Aviation Bobba Bangalore as Chief Executive Officer. Within Menzies Aviation he had played a vital role of Commercial Manager (India, Pakistan, Bangladesh & Srilanka) and as General Manager-Cargo for its start-up Greenfield project in India namely Bangalore and Hyderabad. He also worked with Lufthansa Cargo and Airports Authority of India.
Manoj has Diploma in “Airport Executive Leadership Program” from ACI through “Concordia University, Montreal” and completed his MBA in marketing from “Chetna Institute of Management - University of Mumbai”, MCOM Business Management from University of Mumbai, Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing & Sales Management (Gold Medalist) from “Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Mumbai”.
