Stacy is responsible for the Supply Chain Management (SCM) function for Southwest as well as the Company’s Environmental Sustainability efforts. As the leader of SCM, she oversees strategic sourcing, contracting, procurement, and inventory management activities for Southwest’s supply needs, with a focus on cost control, reliability, risk management, and continuous improvement. As the Company’s first accountable executive in the area of Environmental Sustainability, she works to ensure Southwest achieves the goal of carbon neutrality by 2050, and on efforts to do right by our planet and our Company in the communities we serve and beyond.

Stacy started her career at Southwest in Tech Ops as Senior Manager Strategic Planning, where she focused on analytics, planning, and project portfolio management. From there, she moved to Supply Chain Management as Director, and then Senior Director of Supply Chain Operations, where she led analytics, the supply chain center of excellence, and the supplier diversity program. Prior to Southwest, she worked in management consulting, where she was an Engagement Manager in Oliver Wyman’s aviation practice.
