Amna AlRedha is a member of the Emirates Group Future Technology and Innovations team, where she leads initiatives aimed at transforming the global air travel experience. She oversees the Aviation X Lab, a pioneering Experimental Lab focused on reshaping the future of aviation in collaboration with industry leaders. In addition to her corporate role, Amna actively engages with the start up community and plays a crucial role at Intelak Hub, connecting start-ups with corporate partners to drive innovation in the travel and tourism sector. Her career began at Boeing, where she gained valuable experience in international strategy and government affairs. Amna holds a degree from the American University in Sharjah and is currently pursuing further education in innovation and entrepreneurship at Harvard University.
