As Senior Vice President of Technology at Dubai Airports, he spearheads the digital transformation of Dubai International (DXB) and Dubai World Central (DWC), leading initiatives in AI, digital twins, hyper-automation, and predictive analytics to enhance operations and passenger experience. Previously, he served as Chief Digital and Commercial Officer at IGA Airport Holding, shaping Istanbul Airport’s digital strategy, and as Global Principal and Head of Aviation Digital at Jacobs, where he oversaw major international projects such as King Salman International Airport. A recognized thought leader with over 22 global airport projects, Ersin also serves on the ACI World IT Standing Committee.
