Lara Seymour is a passionate sustainability leader with a proven track record of driving environmental transformation.​

As Senior Manager of Environment Affairs at dnata, she leads the implementation of the company’s Environment Strategy across Airport Operations, Catering & Retail and Travel, embedding sustainable practices into the heart of the business.​​

Her commitment to fostering a culture of sustainability was recognized with the prestigious Emirates Group Chairman’s Award for “embedding a culture of sustainability” Lara believes deeply in the power of collaboration and the cumulative impact of small actions, championing initiatives that bring teams together to create meaningful change.​

Originally from the UK and based in Dubai for the past 14 years, Lara brings a diverse background to her current role. Prior to her work in environmental affairs, she led Global Projects and held roles in the medical field focused on service improvement and commissioning, experiences that shaped her strategic, people-centered approach to change.​
