Holding a Master of Business Administration in Aviation from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in the US, he possesses comprehensive expertise in aviation business and management. Mr. Yilmaz has further fortified his skills through extensive training, including reliability management and F-16 system engineering at Lockheed Martin Fort Worth, Texas, where he also completed his commercial pilot training. With a career spanning 25 years in the Turkish air force, Mr. Yilmaz has excelled in various pivotal roles, showcasing exceptional leadership. Notably, he served as a Project and 

Commanding Officer at key operational units, demonstrating his adeptness in overseeing critical projects. Subsequently, he held positions such as Tech. Mngt. Chairman and Senior Country Logistics Officer, distinguishing himself with his efficient management and service 

excellence. Transitioning from military service, Mr. Yilmaz embarked on a successful consultancy career, offering his expertise to national and international aviation and aerospace firms. He also played significant roles as the Logistics Director and General Secretary of the Turkish Aeronautical Association, contributing significantly to its growth and success. Currently, as the pioneering program director of the electrification aircraft project at Gozen Holding, Mr. Yilmaz continues to lead with distinction, leveraging his remarkable leadership,  technical prowess, and managerial acumen to drive success in the aviation and aerospace industry.
