Sahith Reddy is the Founder of Bumi & Space, a deep-tech and investment advisory firm based in Paris and Abu Dhabi, and Partner – Head of Business Development & Special Projects at the Creative Destruction Lab and HEC Paris DeepTech Center at Station F, one of Europe’s most active startup ecosystems, where he drives international collaborations, investments, corporate innovation programs, venture building, FDI startup initiatives, and more across the domains of AI, Climate, Space, and Quantum. With a career spanning aerospace engineering, strategy consulting, and venture capital, he has collaborated with organizations such as Novaspace, NIDLP, IndiaAI–MeitY, BryceTech, SAASST–UAE Space Agency, Collins Aerospace, Masdar–MIT projects, etc. He was privileged to be part of the highly selective Abu Dhabi’s Masdar Future Sustainability Leaders program, contributing to climate change initiatives, has published over 30 research papers with 250+ citations, and regularly engages at the UN COPUOS in Vienna, advancing international collaboration on the responsible use of outer space. Sahith also serves as the UAE National Point of Contact for the Space Generation Advisory Council (SGAC) in support of the UN Program on Space Applications and sits on the advisory boards of AzurX, Spaceflux, and Catalyx Space, while also acting as a Venture Partner at GrayBella Capital. He holds a B. Tech in Aerospace Engineering from Amity University Dubai (Gold Medallist), an Advanced Master’s in Systems Engineering from ISAE-SUPAERO in France, and an Executive MSc in Management – Innovation & Entrepreneurship from HEC Paris. His contributions to the global deep-tech and space ecosystem have been recognized internationally with honors including the UN-SGAC Pioneer Award (Austria), election as a Fellow of the Royal Astronomical Society (London), inclusion in the “20 Under 35” list by SSPI Global (USA), recognition as one of the Payload Pioneers 2023 in the Startup/VC category, among others
