What are the show dates and times?

Sunday 14th – Thursday 18th November 2021. The show is open between 10:00 - 17:30 each day.

Registration opens at 08:00 for exhibitors and 09:00 for visitors on all days.

Is it open to the public?

No, the Dubai Airshow is a business trade show and is open to industry professionals only. You may be asked to provide a business card as proof of eligibility.

Individuals under 16 will not be allowed to attend.

Dress code: business attire or national dress. 

Is there a dress code

Yes, the dress code is business attire or national dress. 

Individuals under 16 years of age will not be allowed entry.

Where is the Dubai Airshow located?

The show is located at DWC, Airshow Site. To find us on Google Maps, please click here. Alternatively, you can view direction on our venue and travel page.

Please find approximate driving times below:

  • Dubai Marina: 20 mins 
  • Downtown: 35 mins
  • Dubai International Airport: 45 mins
  • Abu Dhabi International Airport: 50 mins.

Please note that the Airshow site is a completely separate location to Al Maktoum Airport. 

Is there an age limit?

Yes - Individuals under 16 years of age will not be allowed entry. Any under 16's can go to the 'Skyview' area and watch the displays in the grandstand. They must be accompanied by an adult.

How much does it cost to visit the show?

You can get the standard visitor badge for USD 85. Visitor badges are valid for all five days of the show and grant you complimentary access to the onsite conferences. 

How can I register as a visitor? Can I apply for VIP badges?

You can register to attend here. You will need a copy of your passport, Emirates ID if applicable and a passport size photo. There are no "VIP Badges" at Dubai Airshow.

What are the travel procedures to Dubai?

For the latest on travel procedures to and from UAE, please check with your respected airline. 

Can I register onsite?

Due to new health and safety protocols, badges and tickets will only be sold online and there will be no onsite registration or ticket sales.

Can I register my colleagues?

Yes, group booking functionality is available for visitors from the same company. All group members require a passport copy and a passport-size photo.

What aircraft will be on display?

You can find the full list of aircraft on display at the Dubai Airshow closer to the show. The static display is open to all registered attendees.

What time does the flying display start?

The details of the flying display will be published in the flying display programme each morning of the show. The display will generally start at 14:00.

How do I get press accreditation?

Is there parking available?

There is a free visitor parking available on-site.

Can I hire a private car/ limousine?

Is there disabled access?

The exhibition hall, meeting rooms and public areas will have disabled access. There are also disabled toilets on site which are clearly signposted. An allocation of parking bays will be reserved for disabled drivers.  Please note that parking passes are still required for access to these bays.
 
Visitor wheelchairs are available for the Emergency Medical Services Centre and are subject to availability.

How can I book a hotel?

We work with local partners to get access to special discounts unavailable anywhere else. To view hotels, click here.  

How do I get a visa for the UAE?

Please ask your hotel, travel agent, or Emirates Airline (if you are travelling with them) to arrange your visa. You can find more information from the Government of Dubai website here. The organisers are unable to offer any assistance with this process.

Is there WI-FI at the venue?

The venue Wi-Fi is very limited. Please do not rely on being able to access the free Wi-Fi onsite.

Can I bring a camera to the show?

Yes, you can bring your camera to the show.

Are there catering outlets at the show? Can I bring my own food/drink into the event?

There will be a variety of catering outlets at the exhibition offering a wide range of refreshments. Please note that you will not be allowed to bring your own food into the venue.

Is there a cloakroom or somewhere I can leave my items?

There will not be a cloakroom at the venue. Your items are your responsibility. We do not have a facility to store these.

How can I purchase a ticket to the Dubai Airshow Gala Dinner?

The Gala Dinner is organised by Dubai Airports and is by invitation only, tickets are available for purchase. Please direct any enquiries to the Dubai Airports team from September 2021. Contact details will be provided.

 

 

Do I need to be vaccinated to attend Dubai Airshow?

Vaccination isn't mandatory yet encouraged.

Will I be able to print my badge online?

Due to new health and safety protocols, badges and tickets will only be sold online and there will be no onsite registration or ticket sales. Please Print your badge before arriving to the venue in colour onto an A4 paper Individually sanitised and packaged badge holders and lanyards will be distributed at multiple locations onsite.

What if I get sick at Dubai Airshow?

If you have a cough, a fever or difficulty breathing, and you are worried that you may have COVID-19,  please seek medical attention, Contact DHA (Dubai Health Authority)  and do not attend the event.

What social distancing measures are in place at the venue?

Stands, Chalets, Conference Area

  • Exhibition stand maximum capacities and the minimum 2m social distancing guidelines will be monitored by our health & safety team.
  • Real time monitoring of crowd density and venue capacity

  • Aisles will be a minimum of 2.5 metres width for one-way traffic and 4 metres for two-way traffic.
  • Isolation rooms will be available at the venue for suspected cases and managed in conjunction with Dubai Health Authority (DHA).
     
  • Chairs will be set 2 metres apart from each other at the various conferences throughout the venue.

How does Networking change?

  • All meetings will be booked through our Dubai Airshow mobile app.
     
  • We encourage attendees to avoid shaking hands and exchanging physical business cards wherever possible.
     
  • Exhibition stand maximum capacities and the minimum 2m social distancing guidelines will be monitored by our health & safety team.

Is wearing a mask mandatory?

Wearing of face masks will be mandatory at all times. Please be aware that there will be a fine of AED 3,000 applicable for non-compliance.

Will there be sanitiser stations?

Santisers will be readily available at multiple locations.

How often Is the venue sanitised?

A full venue sanitisation will be conducted across the show floor including public areas, F&B outlets and restrooms after each show day.
