What are the dates?

Sunday 14th – Thursday 18th November 2021.

What are the show times?

The show is open between 10:00 - 17:30 each day.

Registration opens at 08:00 for exhibitors and 09:00 for visitors on all days.

Is it open to the public?

No. The Dubai Airshow is a trade show and open to business professionals and industry only. You may be asked to provide a business card as proof of eligibility. No under 16s are permitted entry.

Can we bring children/babies?

The Dubai Airshow is a trade only event. No under 16s are permitted entry into the Dubai Airshow.

Where is the Dubai Airshow located?

The show is located at 'DWC, Airshow Site'. Please note that the Airshow site is a completely separate location to Al Maktoum Airport. Directions can be found online using this link or view our venue and travel section for more information. 

How far away is DWC?

Please find approximate driving times below:

  • Dubai Marina: 20 mins 
  • Downtown: 35 mins
  • Dubai International Airport: 45 mins
  • Abu Dhabi International Airport: 50 mins.

How much does it cost to visit the show?

Visitor Registration will be available online in 2021. At this time we will be able to confirm the trade visitor ticket price.

Visitor tickets are valid for all five days of the show.

How can I register as a visitor?

VIsitor Registration will be available online in 2021. 

What documents do I need to complete registration?

You will need a copy of your passport, your Emirates ID if relevant and a passport size photo.

Can I register onsite?

Yes, but to avoid unnecessary delays we strongly advise you to pre-register online, once it becomes available. 

Can I register my colleagues?

Yes, group booking functionality is available for visitors from the same company. All group members require a passport copy and a passport-size photo.

How can I apply for VIP badges?

Priority Entrance badges are available through online Exhibitor Portal. The portal will be available in 2021. There are no "VIP Badges" at the Dubai Airshow.

How can I apply for an exhibitor badge?

If your company is exhibiting at Dubai Airshow you will receive access to the Exhibitor Portal. Additional exhibitor badges can also be purchased.

Is there parking available?

Yes, there is visitor parking available on-site. This will be a small charge per vehicle, per day. Please note it is cash only and exact change is appreciated. Alternatively, we offer a free shuttle bus service and you will be able to find the timetable online closer to the show. 

Can I hire a private car/ limousine?

Which specific hotels do the shuttle buses service?

We will provide detailed information on the shuttle bus service closer to the show.

Is there disabled access?

The exhibition hall, meeting rooms and public areas will have disabled access. There are also disabled toilets on site which are clearly signposted. An allocation of parking bays will be reserved for disabled drivers.  Please note that parking passes are still required for access to these bays.
Visitor wheelchairs are available for the Emergency Medical Services Centre and are subject to availability.

What time does the flying display start?

The details of the flying display will be published in the flying display programme each morning of the show. The display will generally start at 14:00.

What aircraft will be on display?

You can find the full list of aircraft on display at the Dubai Airshow closer to the show.

Can we visit the aircraft on the static display?

Yes, the static display is open to all registered attendees.

How can I book a hotel?

We will be announcing our Official Accommodation and Travel Partner soon. Please check our Venue and Travel page for updates. 

How do I get a visa for the UAE?

Please ask your hotel, travel agent, or Emirates Airline (if you are travelling with them) to arrange your visa. You can find more information from the Government of Dubai website here. The organisers are unable to offer any assistance with this process.

Is there WI-FI at the venue?

The venue Wi-Fi is very limited. Please do not rely on being able to access the free Wi-Fi onsite.

Can I bring a camera to the show?

Yes, you can bring your camera to the show.

Are there catering outlets at the show?

There will be a variety of catering outlets at the exhibition offering a wide range of refreshments. 

Can I bring my own food/drink into the event?

You will not be allowed to bring your own food into the venue; however there will be a range of catering options available at the event.

Are there covered areas from the heat?

The exhibition hall is air conditioned and indoor catering areas will also be available.

Is there a Lost and Found?

The lost and found is located at the organisers office located on level 1.

Is there a cloakroom or somewhere I can leave my items?

There will not be a cloakroom at the venue. Your items are your responsibility. We do not have a facility to store these.

How can I purchase a ticket to the Dubai Airshow Gala Dinner?

The Gala Dinner is organised by Dubai Airports and is by invitation only, tickets are available for purchase. Please direct any enquiries to the Dubai Airports team from September 2021. Contact details will be provided.
