What are the dates?

Sunday 17th – Thursday 21st November 2019.

What are the show times?

The show is open between 10:00 - 17:30 each day.

Registration opens at 08:00 for exhibitors and 09:00 for visitors on all days.

Who organises Dubai Airshow?

The Dubai Airshow is organised by Tarsus F&E LLC Middle East.

Is it open to the public?

No. The Dubai Airshow is open to business professionals and industry only. Proof of business card is required. No under 16’s are permitted entry.

Can we bring children/babies?

No under 16's are permitted entry into the Dubai Airshow.

Where is the Dubai Airshow located?

DWC, Airshow Site.  Please note that the Airshow site is a completely separate location to Al Maktoum Airport. Directions can be found online using this link or view our venue and travel section for more information. 

How far away is DWC?

Dubai Marina: 20 mins | Downtown: 35 mins | Dubai International Airport: 45 mins | Abu Dhabi International Airport: 50 mins.

How much does it cost to visit the show?

The charge is USD 85 for a trade visitor ticket. All prices are inclusive of VAT. Visitor tickets are valid for all five days of the show.

How can I register as a visitor?

Can I register onsite?

Yes, but to avoid unnecessary delays we strongly advise you to pre-register here. Online registration will remain open until the end of show.

Can I register my colleagues?

Yes, group booking functionality is available for visitors from the same company. All group members require a passport copy and a passport-size photo.

How can I apply for VIP badges?

Priority Entrance badges are available through online exhibitor Portal. There are no "VIP Badges" at the Dubai Airshow 2019.

Is there parking available?

Yes, there is visitor parking available on-site. This will be charged at 75AED per vehicle, per day. Please note it is cash only and exact change is appreciated. Alternatively, we offer a free shuttle bus service, have a look at the Shuttle Bus Timetable.

Can I hire a private car/ limousine?

Which Specific Hotels do shuttle buses service?

  • There are free shuttle buses running between Ibn Battuta Metro Station and the Dubai Airshow Site from  07:00-19:00, every day.
  • There is also a free shuttle bus service running to a number of key hotels throughout Dubai. Have a look at the Shuttle Bus Timetable.

Is there disabled access?

The exhibition hall, meeting rooms and public areas will have disabled access. There are also disabled toilets on site which are clearly signposted. An allocation of parking bays will be reserved for disabled drivers.  Please note that parking passes are still required for access to these bays.
Visitor wheelchairs are available for the Emergency Medical Services Centre and are subject to availability.

Which Exhibition Stands are still available?

Any stand shown in white without a company name on the floorplan is available. The current floorplans can be viewed here.

How can I apply for an exhibitor badge?

If your company is exhibiting at Dubai Airshow you will receive access to the Exhibitor Portal. Additional exhibitor badges can also be purchased.

How much is an additional exhibitor badge?

USD 85 per badge. All prices are inclusive of VAT.

What time does the flying display start?

The details of the flying display will be published in the flying display programme each morning of the show. The display will generally start at 14:00.

What other events/conferences are associated with the Airshow?

The Dubai Airshow returns in 2019 with a number of new features to complement the existing show; including  Airline CXO Summit, Cargo Connect, GATM – Global Air Traffic Management and Space Pavilion and Tech Talks. More details on our show features can be found here.

How do I get a visa for the UAE?

Please ask your hotel, travel agent, or Emirates Airline (if you are travelling with them) to arrange your visa. More information available here. The organisers are unable to offer any assistance with this process.

How do I get press accreditation?

Please click here to apply for a media pass for the Dubai Airshow 2019. Media passes to the Dubai Airshow will include access to the on-site conferences: Cargo Connect, Global Air Traffic Management (GATM), and the Women in Space and Space Tech Talks.

What documents do I need to complete registration?

Passport copy. Passport size photo.

Can I bring a camera to the show?

Yes, you can bring your camera to the show.

Can we visit the aircraft on the static display?

Yes, the static display is open to all registered attendees.

Are there catering outlets at the show?

There will be a variety of catering outlets at the exhibition offering a wide range of refreshments. Please visit our food and beverages page to find the full list.

Can I bring my own food/drink into the event?

You will not be allowed to bring your own food into the venue; however there will be a range of catering options available at the event.

Are there covered areas from the heat?

The exhibition hall is air conditioned and indoor catering areas will also be available.

Is there a Lost and Found?

The lost and found is located at the organisers office located on level 1.

Is there WIFI at the venue?

The venue WiFi is very limited.  Please do not rely on being able to access the free WiFi onsite.

Is there a cloakroom/place to leave my items?

There will not be a cloakroom at the venue. Your items are your responsibility. We do not have a facility to store these.

How can I purchase a ticket to the Dubai Airshow Gala Dinner?

The Gala Dinner is organised by Dubai Airports and is by invitation only, tickets are available for purchase. Please direct any enquiries to the Dubai Airports team.
