Q: The drone industry continues to evolve rapidly. How quickly have leading players embraced new technologies to address the changing demands of the global market?

Our entire industry is booming. ARK Invests latest report shows the global autonomous delivery market for drones and robots could reach $440 billion by 2030. The future is truly massive. If we look at what the market actually needs: users want a service that's safe, reliable, and actually enjoyable. That’s exactly where we’re focusing our in-house R&D at Keeta Drone. We have a self-developed dispatch system in live operation. This system connects remote pilots, drones, flight hubs, and air traffic control modules. Using advanced AI, it can theoretically manage over a thousand drone flights per square kilometer per hour. It also monitors the real-time status of the drone fleet and each device. If any issue is detected, the system reacts within 100 milliseconds – ordering a drone to hover, reroute, or make an emergency landing. This makes BVLOS operations both safe and efficient. So far, we’ve delivered over 670,000 orders, ranking us second globally, all with zero reported accident.

Q: Across the world, the use of drones is expanding into new sectors and applications. In your view, which regions and industries present the strongest potential for future growth?

Geographically, the Middle East – specifically the UAE and Saudi Arabia. These regions have two big advantages: dense cities and fast-growing economies. That creates a great environment for our growth. Supportive government policies are also essential here to unlock the full potential.

In terms of industries, our focus is on two key sectors: on-demand delivery—like food and healthcare, and retail. That's where we have a strong advantage through Keeta, which gives us access to rich business resources and order flow resources. This puts us in a good position for growth.

Q: Innovation is at the heart of the drone sector. Which emerging technologies do you believe will have the greatest influence on shaping the industry over the next five years?

Technology only becomes truly impactful when it solves a real problem for the user. For example, users care a lot about speed and also need services available at specific hours, like during the night.

AI is also having a profound impact on the low-altitude industry. We've developed an AI-powered real-world simulation system. It uses AI to run massive machine training, uncovering issues that might only appear after hundreds of thousands of real operations. These valuable insights have made our flights much safer. Recently, Meituan also open-sourced its large AI model, which we believe will significantly enhance our drone technology in the future.

Advances in battery tech—especially in energy density—are profoundly impacting the drone industry. With higher energy density, we achieve longer flight times without extra weight. This not only fuels scale and commercialization but also pushes forward our commitment to sustainable development.

Q: Dubai Airshow 2025 is set to be one of the most exciting editions yet. What are your company’s expectations for this year’s event, and what can attendees look forward to seeing from you at the show? 

We're here to share our story—the progress, achievements, and brand presence in China and Dubai to the visitors from all over the world. It's about showing the world how we operate, showing our commitment and potential of drone delivery in sustainability, and showing how regulatory compliance guides the scaling of drone technology.

Q: Looking ahead, what are your company’s key priorities and plans for strengthening its presence and partnerships in the Middle East and other global markets?

Our number one focus is always on tech and product. We're constantly working on better solutions that fit the needs of different markets while pushing for breakthroughs. At the same time, we're leveling up our operations to develop new scenarios. Also, obtaining BVLOS certification in each region is the essential first step for our operations. This simply wouldn't be possible without the support of local governments and aviation authorities. On top of that, we're strategically integrating and expanding our commercial ecosystem. As Keeta expands in the Middle East, we expect to welcome more merchants and enhance the service experience for customers. We need to deepen our roots in local communities across the Middle East. This means actively collaborating with real estate developers, property management, and communities to deploy the necessary infrastructure.
