Dr. Nairouz Bader is the Chief Executive Officer of Envision Partnership, the first executive search firm established in the MENA region. She stands out as the

only expert in the region certified by Switzerland Global Enterprise as an Official Expert in International Human Resources. In addition to her corporate

achievements, she is a founding member of Rotary International in Dubai.

academic and executive search worlds; she has held various high-profile board roles, including serving as Board Director of the Canadian Business Council in

Recently, Dr. Bader was appointed Global Director at WeConnect International and served as the Head of the Canadian Business Council at COP28. She has
