Nathan (Nate) Millecam is a seasoned leader in the aerospace and aviation sectors with over 18 years of experience. As the CEO and Co-Founder of Electric Power Systems, he drives corporate strategy, innovation, and development. Nate's journey began as a technology consultant for e-commerce before earning his M.B.A. at Arizona State University's W.P. Carey School of Business. At Honeywell Aerospace, he excelled in their Leadership Development Program, ultimately becoming a program manager and product manager, specializing in electric propulsion.
 
His career took him to International Rectifier, where he led mergers and acquisitions, and after its acquisition by Infineon, he played a pivotal role in integration and management, overseeing a $200 million portfolio. In 2016, Nate and Randy Dunn spearheaded the spinout of energy storage assets from Infineon, leading to the establishment of Electric Power Systems currently known as the industry leader in electric propulsion across the aviation industry.
 
Nate holds a Bachelor of Science in business management from Utah Valley University and an M.B.A. from Arizona State University with a focus on operations and finance. He resides in Logan, Utah, with his wife and four children and enjoys exercise, the outdoors, and quality family time.
