Presentation at the Dubai Air Show 2021

From 14 to 18 November 2021, our company's sales team took part in the Dubai Air Show. This exhibition has become the largest and most important aviation platform in the world today. The Aircraft Industries delegation was led by Timur Azerny, Member of the Board of Directors, Konstantin Aleshin, Economic Director, and Tomash Novak, Director of Sales and Technical Services.
As part of the presentation at the exhibition stand and static exposition of the Dubai Air Show, Aircraft Industries presented the L 410 NG aircraft to a wide professional community, including private operators, government organizations, the armed forces and airlines. In advance, L 410 operators and potential customers from all over the world were also invited to our stand and a tour of the aircraft. During the exhibition, we focused on current business cases with specific clients who arrived in Dubai at our invitation.
The preparation for negotiations with customers allowed us to implement most of the pre-agreed meetings in order to present the aircraft and the manufacturing plant in Kunovice, get new contracts and continue work on unfinished cases. In addition to the planned ones, we successfully held 70 more meetings with the presentation and proposal of our aircraft at the company's stand within the framework of the Czech exposition.
A great advantage in the negotiations was the presentation of a real aircraft at the exhibition. We managed to perfectly place the L 410 NG in the first exhibition row, right in front of the VIP grandstand. Static demonstration, from the point of view of sales support, is the most fruitful. In the case of demonstration flights, hundreds of people from the professional environment and visitors to the exhibition would not have visited our plane.
Airlines, government organizations, army representative offices and other operators whom we previously contacted for our sales campaigns, after personal visits to the stand and the aircraft, formed their own positive opinion of the new L 410 NG, which we presented here as a modern aircraft with significantly improved performance characteristics compared to the previous version L 410 UVP-E20, the main emphasis has been on increased operating efficiency.
The Dubai AirShow has become the largest event in terms of attendance by aviation specialists over the past 3 years. Representatives of the aviation industry, that is, potential customers, arrived at the exhibition from the Arab region, Africa, India, other parts of Asia, South America and Europe. For example, our stand and aircraft received a significant positive response from operators and aviation service organizations from India. Our primary goal of participating in the exhibition was to establish contacts with real operators in the regions and present them with the modernized L 410 NG aircraft, and we managed to successfully implement this task.
