As key team member on the Operations and Community team at Hub71, Reem Al Junaibi spearheads the sourcing and shortlisting of startups joining Hub71’s Incentive Program. In her current position, Reem plays an integral role in expanding Abu Dhabi’s global tech ecosystem and engages with Hub71’s core stakeholders and partners to source startups joining its community.

Prior to joining Hub71, Reem completed her PhD at Khalifa University. Her thesis on the impact of advanced technology and automation on the UAE’s workforce, helped identify the changes in occupational skills in the UAE’s key economic sectors.
