Capt. Mohammed Ahmed Ali Alyassi serves as the Head of the Airspace Safety Section at the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority (DCAA). With over 15 years of experience in aviation, led initiatives that shape Dubai’s low-altitude airspace ecosystem, integrating unmanned aircraft systems (UAS), advanced air mobility (AAM), and smart monitoring solutions. Capt. Alyassi, spearheads several strategic projects, including the Dubai Air Mobility Regulatory Framework, and DCAA Monitoring System (DMS) — all designed to position Dubai as a global hub for innovation and safety in air operations. Capt. Alyassi recognized as a thought leader in airspace management and UTM integration, actively collaborates with local and international partners to advance safe, sustainable, and technologydriven aviation in line with Dubai’s vision for the future of smart mobility.
