Christian Gleave is Director Business Development for the UK, Europe & Middle East. A former Royal Air Force fighter pilot and Group Captain, Christian has deployed on six military interventions, flown 4000 operational hours day and night, and operated Harrier GR7/9 on the frontline both on land and at sea.
He qualified as flying, tactics and weapons instructor on Hawk, joined Central Flying School as the Tactics Standardization Officer and was Officer Commanding No 100 Squadron, the RAF Aggressor Squadron. He served for two years in the Pentagon as the UK Strategic Advisor to the Chief of the United States Air Force, was a member of the RAF Aerobatic Team, The Red Arrows, and led the unique ‘E II R formation of 29 aircraft over the Queen for her Diamon Jubilee in 2012.
After his military service, Christian became an Executive Director and Board Member for Meta Aerospace, providing special mission aerospace services and solutions to governments and subsequently, a consultant for aerospace companies. He holds a Masters in Defense and Strategy from King's College London and an Executive Master’s in business administration from Cambridge University.
