Dr. Mohamed Ibrahim is a pivotal leader in Egypt's space ecosystem, serving as the Director of Commercialization of Space Services and Executive Director of the Business Incubator at the Egyptian Space Agency (EgSA). With a career spanning the entire history of the Egyptian Space Program, he possesses a unique blend of deep technical expertise—gained from former roles as Head of the Satellite Production and Testing Sector and Director of the Satellite Systems Development Laboratory—and a forward-looking vision for commercializing space technology.
A key architect of Egypt's space innovation landscape, Dr. Ibrahim spearheaded the establishment of a network of 32 Space Innovation Labs across Egyptian universities and oversees all of EgSA's educational activities. This initiative is fundamental to cultivating the next generation of space scientists and engineers. He holds a Ph.D. in Space System Engineering and is dedicated to transforming Egypt's space capabilities into sustained economic growth and entrepreneurial innovation.
