Jin Yang is an Associate General Manager at Changi Airport Group (CAG), where he leads strategic transformation efforts within the Airport Operations Strategy & Transformation division. His work focuses on shaping long-term operational strategies and developing human capital to deliver airport operations and to elevate the passenger experience at Changi Airport. Jin Yang spearheads the automation and robotics programmes within the airport terminal, driving innovation and productivity through technology-enabled solutions that optimise manpower productivity and operational efficiency. Prior to joining CAG, Jin Yang was in Management Consulting at Accenture, where he worked on large enterprise projects across change management, strategic workforce planning, systems integration. Jin Yang holds a Masters of Engineering (First Class Honours) in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College London.
