Kashif Khalid is currently leading IATA’s advocacy initiatives and projects in the Middle East region (UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman and Qatar) providing leadership and guidance to Airlines, Airports, ANSP's, Civil Aviation Authorities, Security Agencies and the Gulf region’s Governments to further develop IATA’s mission, projects and industry initiatives. Formerly he was Head - Assets & Acquisitions at Abu Dhabi Airports, managing the Global M&A function for the group as well as the development and modernization of the airports’ infrastructure in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
