Manal Al Soori

Manal Al Soori is a prominent Human Resources leader with over twenty years of expertise in steering HR operations across the Emirates Group. In March 2024, as Senior Vice President of Recruitment, she now oversees the Group's recruitment strategies to attract and secure top talent globally, enhancing Emirates' position as a leader in the global aviation industry.

Previously serving as the Vice President of HR for Emiratisation and People Experience, Manal was instrumental in strategically delivering HR services that enrich the employee journey from hiring through retirement. Her visionary leadership in organisational transformations has been pivotal, particularly in aligning HR initiatives with Emirates Airline's digital transformation goals. She has significantly contributed to fostering cultural integration and advancing strategic talent management initiatives. One of her key projects was implementing Artificial Intelligence digital Interviews for key volume roles to enhance and improve the candidate experience during the airline's ramp-up phase.

She has an Executive Diploma in Digital Leadership from Warwick Business School, a Diploma in Business Management from the University of Bradford School of Management, and a Higher National Diploma in HR from the Higher Colleges of Technology. Manal is pursuing her Master's in Business Admin from Manchester Metropolitan University in the UK. Manal's educational foundation underpins her strategic and operational leadership.
