Meera Alhammadi is an Aerodrome Safety Officer at Dubai Airports; she plays a key role in enhancing Aerodrome safety at one of the world’s busiest aviation hubs. With a background in Sustainable and Renewable Energy Engineering, she brings a forward-thinking and analytical mindset to the field.
She has represented Dubai Airports at multiple national and international forums, including Dubai Airshow, airlines seminars, multiple technical committees with the Civil Aviation Authority, and recently represented Dubai airports at the Air Accident Investigation Form sharing best practices.
Meera works closely with the Safety Postholder to implement and maintain the Safety Management System and is actively involved in conducting detailed safety investigations. Her responsibilities also include supporting corrective action plans and contributing to strategic safety initiatives.
Committed to fostering an effective safety culture, Meera leads awareness campaigns, facilitates safety communication across departments, and promotes continuous improvement through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.
