Micael has diverse experience across business consulting, sales, and scientific research. He has led cross-border projects between Portugal and Mozambique and is the inventor of a patented device for detecting and predicting burnout symptoms. Passionate about psychology, communication, and leadership, he thrives on continuous learning and innovation. Micael combines technical insight with a people-centric approach to deliver meaningful solutions.
