She has more than 20 years of HR experience, with a particular focus on Talent and Organizational Development. In her current role since 2019, Mutlu has led multiple high impact HR projects, including the GE Aerospace META legal entity separation and regional restructuring. Mutlu started working for GE Aerospace in 2010 as HR Leader for the Turkey Technology Center, where the organization achieved 400% growth in four years. In this role, she successfully developed, implemented, and executed various HR processes and programs, leading to significant organizational changes. Mutlu started her HR career at Citibank, and then held various HR roles at Tekstilbank and PricewaterhouseCoopers in Istanbul. Before joining GE, she was the Senior Organization and Talent Development Specialist for Sabancı Holding. Mutlu holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Relations from Bogazici University. In 2008, she earned her second Bachelor’s degree in Law from Marmara University.
