Nawal Al Alawi

Nawal Al Alawi has been appointed as Human Capital Manager, where she leads the planning, implementation, and evaluation of HR strategies, employee relations, and organizational policies. In her role, she advises leadership on performance management, employee engagement, recognition programs, and ensures consistent application of HC best practices across the company. Nawal began her journey at Strata in 2010 as an Aerostructure Technician, where she contributed to delivering high quality aerospace components and driving operational efficiency. Her passion for people development led her to the Learning and Development department, where she focused on nurturing talent and advancing workforce capabilities. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Translation from the United Arab Emirates University and brings over a decade of experience in building a high-performing and inclusive workplace culture.
