At CAAT, he oversees all Special Project Initiatives including Corporate Strategy, Human Capital Management,Cybersecurity and Aeronautical Information Management. Prior to his role of Deputy Director General at CAAT, he was a private consultant and lecturer in Sustainable Development and HRIS. With nearly 20 years of experience in 5 different industries including aviation, he therefore has extensive diverse expertise. Hold a Ph.D. in Innovation Management and 3 Masters in 3 different areas namely International Relations, Management and Marketing. He is passionate about aviation and all areas related to Corporate Sustainability Management.” And one of CAAT’s Corporate Sustainability Management initiatives is Human Capital Investment.
