Veena is Head of Portfolio Management for Aerospace Xelerated, Boeing’s startup accelerator, Aerospace Xelerated, which is managed by the Global Accelerators & Innovation Programs Strategy team at Boeing.
Veena joined Boeing in 2019, working on teams across Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA), Boeing Defense, Space, & Security (BDS), and Boeing Global Services (BGS).
She believes that it is important to understand and embrace disruptive innovation so it can be viewed as an opportunity, rather than a threat. She is passionate about fostering innovation by working closely with start-up founders through Aerospace Xelerated.
